Biafra Buhari DSS plotting to eliminate our detained members IPOB #CAP

The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has accused the President Muhammadu Buhari – led Federal Government and the Department of State Services, DSS, of plotting to eliminate its detained memb
ers.
IPOB said the secret police intends to start the alleged elimination of its members with those detained in Abuja.
In a statement by its spokesperson, Emma Powerful, the separatist group said, “According to our intelligence report we have uncovered plans for the elimination of IPOB family members in DSS custody starting with those in Abuja.”
The pro – Biafra group also accused the DSS of continued arrest and extra judicial detention of its members without taking them to court.
It maintained that so many “Biafrans are in the custody of DSS, some for the past seven months” without formal charges being brought against them.
The group frowned at the alleged abduction of its members by the DSS who are still languishing in the “underground detention cells at their headquarters in Abuja.”
Read full statement below…
“The indigenous people of Biafra IPOB worldwide and its leadership condemn the Federal Government of Nigeria led by Gen. Muhamadu Buhari of All Progressive Congress APC and her security agency DSS for the continued arrest and extra judicial detention of IPOB members without taking them to court.
“The DSS have steadfastly refused to present those they kidnapped in the name of keeping Nigeria one to court of law. So many Biafrans are in the custody of DSS some for the past seven months without formal charges being brought against them.
“Nobody had seen, heard or communicated with them even their family members have not seen or discuss with any of them.
“The abduction and detention of Mazi Bright Chimezie who was kidnapped at Akwa Ibom, Mr Justice Ude was kidnapped in Igweocha (Port-Harcourt), Ekene Onuoha, Ikechukwu Ugwuoha, Sunday Okafor, Asochukwu Boniface, Moses Agbo were all arrested at Osisioma Aba Abia State after visiting our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Kuje Prison Abuja. These innocent men are still at DSS underground detention cells at their headquarters in Abuja.
“All men and women of good conscience must rise up to demand from President Muhammadu Buhari and Lawal Daura of DSS why they have refused to charge Biafrans in their custody to court.
“According to our intelligence report we have uncovered plans for the elimination of IPOB family members in DSS custody starting with those in Abuja.
“We have it from a reliable source that those killed are being disposed of secretly, if not so, we don’t see the reason why the security agencies will still holding our family members who committed no crime without charging them or release them on bail.
“We are worried that the Federal Government have eliminated them and trying to cover it up so the world will not know. They have connived with Attorney General of the Federation and Chief Judge of the Abuja High Court to delay the hearing of our application to the courts challenging the validity of their detention for the world to know.
“All efforts to ascertain if they are alive or not has failed so far because the judges handling their case file keeps adjourning the case anytime it comes up for hearing.
“Initially the DSS in their court papers accepted that the men were in their custody but the judges for whatever reason best known to the judiciary in Nigeria have consistently failed to compel DSS to produce them.
“With this, we are calling on all relevant institutions in the world, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, all men and women of conscience around the globe to persuade the Nigeria government and her security agencies in particular the DSS to please release the dead bodies of our members to us for proper burial as custom demands in our land.”
