Kelechi Iheanacho set to face up to two years in jail after denying knowing agent Henry Galeano, Some allegations were made against the Super Eagles star that he may have misled a court in Pennsylvania
The Manchester City striker then went on to signed with a new representative, Stellar, who look after Real Madrid forward Gareth Bale.
According to the UK Sun, Iheanacho filed pleadings that denied he knew or spent time with Henry Galeano, who claimed separately he was his former agent.
Iheanacho will have some explanations to do as he and Galeano were spotted on different occassions and he denied knowing him or spending time with him to the court in Pennsylvania.
The court claimed the Nigerian international spent 'hundred of hours' with the Fifa-licensed agent. According to the law in Pennsylvania, if Iheanacho is found guilty of knowingly misleading the court, he could be charged with unsworn falsification — which carries a penalty of up to two years in prison.
